PDF Templates - Overview
Businesses often rely on templates to standardize the documents they send to customers. These templates define the style, format, and layout of the document to match the organization’s branding and preferences.
A PDF template serves as a reusable structure for creating documents, such as invoices, quotes, or purchase orders. Instead of designing a new PDF from scratch for every transaction, you can set up a template once and fill in or replace the variable details, such as customer information, item descriptions, or amounts, based on the specific transaction. This ensures consistency across all documents and streamlines the document generation process.
To open PDF Templates:
- Go to Settings.
- Under Organization Settings, go to Customization and click PDF Templates.
