How do I enable SSO in a sandbox organization for testing?

To enable SSO in a sandbox organization, you need to add the query parameter sso=true to the Customer Portal settings URL. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings by clicking the Gear icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select General under Customer Portal in the Module Settings pane.
  • In the browser address bar, append ?sso=true to the URL.

The URL should look like this:

https://billing.zoho.com/app/{org_id}/settings/preferences/portal/general?sso=true

Note: Replace {org_id} in the URL with the organization ID of your sandbox organization.

The SSO option will now be visible on the page and you can configure it for testing.
