How does enabling or disabling Custom Domain for my organization affect SSO set up?

Case 1: When you enable a Custom Domain

When you enable Custom Domain for your organization, the ACS URL changes to the custom domain. The Identity Provider (IdP) settings must be updated with the new ACS URLs. If the IdP still has the old Zoho domain URLs, the SSO login will fail because the redirect/ACS URLs won’t match.

Case 2: When you disable the Custom Domain

When you disable Custom Domain for your organization, the system switches back to the default Zoho Billing domain URLs and any SSO configuration that still references the custom domain will break. You must update the IdP settings again, replacing the custom domain URLs with Zoho’s default domain URL.
