Streamline appointment booking for patients

Objective: Create a user-friendly experience for customers using the CRM portal. In this case, we'll look at how to create such an experience for patients who are booking appointments at a hospital. A well-designed kiosk placed in an accessible location makes appointment booking easy even for new customers.
