Create a bespoke convert feature for the business development team

Objective: Streamline and automate the process of converting a business application to one of these entities: franchisee, referral partner, supplier, distributor, marketing partner, or other business partner. Previously, the business development team of Zoved, a food and beverage brand, did this manually. It involved exporting data, copying and pasting details, manually notifying other teams, and creating records from scratch.
