Anybody can use Zoho. The interface is straightforward, and the initial trial setup took very little effort. Zoho had all of the functionality that we could ever need, at a fraction of the cost of Salesforce. It felt much more intuitive, and I was sure we would be very happy moving forward with Zoho.
Zoho is the best CRM I have ever used, and their customer support is first class. ZOHO is extremely easy to use, and there are always several ways to get to the information you need. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing an easy to use, yet comprehensive CRM.
While working on Salesforce over last 10 years, it was very difficult to keep researching for multiple apps to address the business concerns and keep paying subscriptions to increasing number of apps for different solutions. Cost was a big deterrent and there was zero support from Salesforce. ZOHO was extremely user friendly and 5 times less expensive.
I have been using Zoho CRM for more than 4 years and have been very happy with the product. My favorite thing is that it's been so simple for me to customize specifically for my business. The customer service has been impressive. The staff is very responsive and goes above and beyond to assist in every way. I have recommended the product to others and will continue to do so.
