You don't have to scroll all the way down to add notes or check if emails were received. Use the quick links on the left side of the Record Details page to access all related items, and efficiently manage your time.
The new Zoho lets you know if a lead has notes or not so you don't have to scroll to the bottom of every lead before you call. This increases productivity by at roughly 30 seconds per lead and makes preparing for calls more user friendly and easier.
