Toptutors is a Danish online tutoring platform driven by ambition. The company appeared on the television program Løvens Hule (Shark Tank), where it won a record-breaking investment. Since then, 1000+ skilled tutors have helped thousands of elementary and high school students build confidence and skill in challenging subjects. They do this by providing a smart, easy-to-use interface for tutors and students alike. Co-founder and CTO Elmar Jóhannsson and CRM manager Nicolai Grimberg offered us a rare glimpse at the processes that power this unique platform — many of which take place in Zoho CRM.
