As its key administrator, he is able to configure Zoho CRM to suit the company's needs without external assistance, and without breaking the system.

Zoho CRM forms the foundation of Sustainable Energy's strategic planning and decisions. Tore uses the analytics in CRM to generate reports for governmental oversight bodies that provide funding for the company. Recently, Sustainable Energy has also been working on custom AI tools, which draw on accurate and reliable data from Zoho CRM.
