Configure success message in an approval process

To configure the success message,

  1. Mouse over the action in the approval block and click Delete icon to delete the default email notification action.
  2. Click Add icon. The Add New Action window slides in from the right.
  3. Select Notification action type.
  4. Choose the Show success message action from the action list.
  5. Enter the message to display if the rule condition or criteria evaluates to true.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Done in the top-right corner of the screen
