Set properties for address field in calendar report
Select the address field in the fields section to define properties specific to it.
To set address field properties:
- Navigate to the Design page.
- Click the Configure Fields button. The Configure Fields window will appear.
- Select the respective address field.
- Set the Display Value.
- Set the Display Options.
- Click Close to exit.
Set display value
Select the option under Display Value to ensure that the field value is displayed in the report. You can also unselect the option to avoid having it displayed in the report.
The following options are available for the address field column:
- Address Line 1
- Address Line 2
- State Province
- Postal Code
Set display options
Display options include Show as text, which displays the address as text in your report, and Show as map, which displays the address as an embedded map in your report.
Link to map
The address field can be linked to the map. Enabling the link allows the address to be displayed as map. Disabling the link will in turn affect the display options. If the you opted to show the address as a map, disabling the link will cause the address to be displayed as text.
