Understand reset password page in customer portal

Customer portal allows the user to reset their password if they forget it. The Reset password page will help the customer set a new password to replace the old one. Since the user has forgotten their password, the customer must enter their registered email address for authentication and the link to reset the password will be sent to that email. The new password entered in this link will replace the old password.
