Import customers

To import customers:

  1. Click on the Customer Portal option found under the Users and control section in the Settings page.

  2. Click on the icon found adjacent to the Add customers button.
  3. A drop down list will appear. Select Import customers option from the list.

  4. The Import customers tab will appear. No select the file containing the details of the customers. Select the type of permission for the customer. Then click Import.

  5. In the next tab, the details of the users that were imported from the file will be displayed. Now click Add users.

  6. The imported users will now be refected in the customer portal page.
