To import customers:
- Click on the Customer Portal option found under the Users and control section in the Settings page.
- Click on the icon found adjacent to the Add customers button.
- A drop down list will appear. Select Import customers option from the list.
- The Import customers tab will appear. No select the file containing the details of the customers. Select the type of permission for the customer. Then click Import.
- In the next tab, the details of the users that were imported from the file will be displayed. Now click Add users.
- The imported users will now be refected in the customer portal page.
