Now comes the main part—as soon as you approve the scope document, we'll develop the application and conduct interim calls to provide updates and clarify important details.
Testing and review
As soon as the application is ready, you'll be provided access to the app, so that you and your team can exhaustively test the application and provide feedback within the suggested timeframe.
Launch and support
After all the modifications are done, it’s time to launch your application. To ensure you're well-equipped to use and manage the app, we'll walk you through the entire implementation—and then you can start using your new application!

No, Jumpstart is a separate and paid implementation program. The final cost of the service will depend on your business requirements and the scope of work to be done.

I only want to enhance my existing app. Can I get that done?
Yes! You can either partner with us to develop an app from scratch or just to enhance the functionality of your app. You can also use our mobile app development services in its entirety or individually. In any case, we promise to deliver high-quality apps. We also provide migration services.
How will I know about the status of my project?
Each application developed by the Creator team is assigned to an experienced project manager. Our PMs are a single point of contact for our customers to gather updates/progress on their projects or address any queries & assistance they might require.

No. With Zoho Creator, your applications are automatically supported on iOS and Android devices.
If I wish to cancel the Jumpstart service midway, can I get a refund?
