Support

Zoho Creator provides 24/5 email and phone support. To report your problems, ask questions and to suggest ideas, send an email to support@zohocreator.com. To ensure the quickest and best possible response from the support team, make sure that your email includes specific details of your question or concern. While reporting issues, please provide Edit access to support for your application.

Steps to provide Edit access to support for Old UI users (From Edit mode) :

  • Navigate to the edit mode of your Application and click on support as shown in the image.
  • On the next page, click on "Allow edit access to support".
  • When the issue is resolved, the edit access can be withdrawn, by selecting “Cancel edit access to support“.
  • Send a mail to support@zohocreator.com with the name of the application/form/view in which the issue exists.

Steps to provide Edit access to support for new UI users (From Live mode) :

  • Navigate to the live mode of your Application and click on Help as shown in the image.
  • Click on "Support" displayed on the right pane.
  • On the next page, click on "Allow edit access to support".
  • When the issue is resolved, the edit access can be withdrawn, by selecting “Cancel edit access to support“.
  • Send a mail to support@zohocreator.com with the name of the application/form/view in which the issue exists.
