Import portal users

This help page is for users in Creator 6. If you are in the older version (Creator 5), click here. Know your Creator version.

To import portal users:

Click Portal under the Deploy section.
A list of portals will be displayed. Click on the portal to which portal users are to be imported.
The list of existing portal users will be displayed and the Import option under Add Portal Users lets you import new portal users. Click Import.
The Import Portal Users page will appear. Select the file containing the portal user details. Select a permission for the portal users. Then click Import.
The details of the users imported from the file will be displayed in the next tab. Now click Import.
The imported users will now be listed in the portal page.
