To solve this piece of the puzzle, Zoho Contracts has an integration with Leegality, an e-signing, digital stamping, and document workflow platform that enables businesses to stamp and sign documents digitally.
With this integration, real estate brokers can procure government-authorized digital stamp papers from 25+ states. They can affix these papers to contract documents and send them for signature using Aadhaar, making the documents legally enforceable.
This integration is currently available only for users availing the professional plan in the Indian DC.
