The clause library in Zoho Contracts contains all of the standard clause languages. It allows agents to create and add custom languages to each clause. The advanced document assembly feature, which lets you add or remove a clause or switch between languages within the same clause with just a click during contract authoring, eliminates the need for duplication of templates for minor tweaks in the agreement.

Instant collaboration

Real-time collaboration with peers during contract authoring ensures faster, seamless, and error-free drafting of contracts. Peers can co-author the document, leave comments, and make changes based on their set permissions. Agents can instantly spot modifications made by other collaborators with redlining and accept or reject the changes.

Controlled access for counterparties

Controlled access to the software with password-protected links for buyers, investors, or other counterparties prevent back-and-forth emails with contract documents as attachments, saving time and ensuring a seamless negotiation process. To solve this piece of the puzzle, Zoho Contracts has an integration with Leegality, an e-signing, digital stamping, and document workflow platform that enables businesses to stamp and sign documents digitally.

With this integration, real estate brokers can procure government-authorized digital stamp papers from 25+ states. They can affix these papers to contract documents and send them for signature using Aadhaar, making the documents legally enforceable.
