Viewing Network Analytics

Know how members are interacting within your network by viewing the numbers on active users, groups, and the user engagement graph.

  • Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page and select Settings.
  • Click Analytics.

Overall Health

  • The Overall Health tab shows an activity graph of the entire network.
  • From the drop down menu, you can choose to view the graph for all or specific Groups and Manuals.
  • You can filter the graph based on a 7 day period or 30 day period or a custom date range.

User Engagement

  • Under this section, you'll find a graph showing user participation in numbers.
  • From the drop down menu, you can choose to view the graph for all Groups or the Company Wall.
  • You can filter the graph based on a 7 day period or 30 day period or a custom date range.

Leaderboard

  • The Leaderboard gives you an overall view of the most active groups, top contributors, and forum posters.
  • You can filter the graph based on a 7 day period or 30 day period or a custom date range.
