# Why can’t I access a Zoho Commerce store that was shared with me through a user invite?

Sometimes a shared user has not yet confirmed their account with Zoho via the email invite. Once the email invite is approved, access is granted. Another instance is when a shared store remains invisible to the user even after acceptance, this happens when your Zoho Commerce account and the shared user’s account belong to different data centers (DCs).
