# How do I set up 301 redirects when a product URL or page is changed?

A 301 redirect permanently forwards users from an old URL to a new one, passing the full SEO ranking power of the old page to the redirected page. To set one up in Zoho Commerce:

*   Go to **Settings** > **Online Store** > **SEO** and navigate to the **301 Redirect** tab.
*   Click **\+ Add 301 Redirect**.
*   In the **Add Redirect** dialog:
    *   Enter the **Request URL** — the old URL path you want to redirect from (e.g., `/request-url.html`).
    *   Select the **Destination Type** from the dropdown - **Pages/Files**, **Products**, **Categories**, or **Collections**.
    *   Select the **Destination** - the specific page, product, category, or collection to redirect to.
*   Click **Save**.
