How do I configure the number of points a customer earns per purchase?

You can configure points earning rules under Points Redemption Rules when creating or editing a Loyalty Program. Go to Settings > Setup & Configurations > Loyalty Program and create a new program.

Under Points Redemption Rules:

Select the Loyalty Type:
- Single Criteria - Apply one earning rule for all orders.
- Multiple Criteria - Set different earning rules based on order value ranges.
Set the Order Value Range - the minimum and maximum order value for which the rule applies.
Set For Every - the amount increment for which points are earned (e.g., for every INR 100 spent).
Set Points Earned - the number of points awarded for each increment.
Click Add New Range to add additional tiers if using Multiple Criteria.
Set the Amount per Point - the monetary value assigned to each loyalty point when redeemed.

Under Redeeming Loyalty Points Preferences, you can optionally enable:

Minimum Points Required for Redemption - Customers can redeem points only if they meet a minimum threshold.
Redemption Window - Define when customers can start and stop redeeming points.

Click Save to apply the loyalty program configuration.
