# How do I recover the details for an order that wasn’t captured in Zoho Commerce despite the payment being received through the payment gateway?

For missing orders, first check the failed payments list. Sometimes, due to minor technical issues, orders move into the failed payments list because the payment initially failed and then became successful a few minutes later.
