How do I customize the content and design of the abandoned cart email?

You can modify the content and design of your abandoned cart email template from the email notification templates area.

Go to the Settings page
Select Email Notifications under Customizations.
Select Abandoned Cart under Templates. You can edit the email subject, body, and design elements to match your store’s branding.
