# How do I include a discount or coupon in the abandoned cart email to encourage customers to complete their purchase?

Zoho Commerce does not support adding discount codes or coupon offers directly in abandoned cart emails by default.

If you integrate with Mailchimp, you can include discount codes or coupon offers in your abandoned cart email campaigns.
