# How do I access sales reports broken down by customer, location, or time period?

Go to **Reports** and then **Sales**. Open the **Sales by Customer** report. You can filter the data using the filters bar at the top:

*   **Time period** - Use **Date Range** (This Week, This Month, or a custom range) to scope the report.

To apply more filters, click **More Filters** and select from the following options:

*   **Customer Name** - Sales by Customer gives a per-customer breakdown of sales. You can narrow further by adding a filter on Customer Name.
*   **Location** - Add a **Location** filter to view sales for a specific store/fulfillment location.
*   Other fields like **Currency** are also available as filters.

Use **More Filters** to combine conditions, **Run Report** to apply them, and **Export** to download the report for further analysis.
