How do I measure the performance of my coupon campaigns?

Go to Reports and then Sales and then Sales by Coupon. Set the Date Range (for example, This Month) and click Run Report to see how your coupons performed over that period. For each coupon, the report shows:

Coupon Name — the coupon’s name
Coupon Code — the code customers enter at checkout
Coupon Status — Active, Inactive, or Expired
Discount By — whether the discount is a Percentage or a fixed amount
Discount Amount — the total discount given through that coupon
Count — the number of times the coupon was used

This tells you which coupons are driving the most redemptions and how much discount each one has cost you. Use Customize Report Columns to adjust the fields shown, and Export to download the report for further analysis.
