# What should a customer do if a payment from PayPal fails?

Payment failure in PayPal can occur for several reasons, such as a currency mismatch between the Zoho Commerce store and the PayPal account. After verifying any obvious mismatches between both accounts, customers can contact PayPal’s support directly. Some changes may also need to be made in the PayPal account settings.
