# How can we delete a Zoho Commerce store?

*   Go to **Online Store** in the left menu.
*   Click the **More Options** option near **Visit Online Store**, then select **Delete Online Store**.
*   In the confirmation pop-up, click **Delete** to permanently remove the store, or **Cancel** to stop.

Note that deleting your store is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data, including items, orders, and customer information, so be sure to back up any important data before proceeding.
