How do I control where item recommendations appear on my online store?
Item recommendation placements are fixed by type:
- Related Items and Upsell Items appear on the item details page.
- Cross-sell Items appear on the cart details page.
You can control how many recommendations appear for each section under Item Preferences in the Settings page:
- Maximum Recommendation Count: Set separately for Related, Upsell, and Cross-sell to control how many items are displayed.
