# How can I apply coupons automatically on the checkout page?

Set the coupon’s **Apply As** option to **Automatic Discount** (instead of **Coupon**), so the discount is applied automatically at checkout without the customer entering a code. You can also reorder the automatic discounts using the **Prioritize Automatic Discounts** feature under **Marketing**.
