What are item variants, and when should I use them?

Item variants are the different versions of the same product that you can offer to your customers. For example, if you sell a t-shirt, you might have variants for different sizes (S, M, L) and colors (red, blue, green). Instead of creating separate items for each size and color combination, you can create one item with multiple variants. Item variants can be used to provide customers with options for the same product, making it easier for them to find what they want and for you to manage your inventory.
