# How do I update the category in bulk?

1.  In the **Items** list, select the items you want to update using the checkboxes.
2.  Click **Bulk Actions** and choose **Update Items**.
3.  In the **Bulk update Items** dialog, select **Category** from the field dropdown.
4.  Choose the desired category from the **Select a category** dropdown.
5.  Click **Update**.

**Note:** All the selected items will be updated with the new information and you cannot undo this action.
