# How do I set up an automated review request email after a customer completes a purchase?

You can set up automated reminders to encourage customers to leave feedback after a purchase:

*   Go to **Settings**.
*   Select **Comments & Reviews** under _Online Store_.
*   In the **Item Reviews** tab, select the required timing for reminder email from the **Send Item Review Reminder** dropdown. The available options are:
    *   Immediately
    *   After a day
    *   2 days later
    *   5 days later
    *   7 days later
    *   10 days later
    *   15 days later
*   Click **Save**.

The email reminder will be sent only after the item is delivered. To edit the email content, click **Email Notifications** under the reminder dropdown to modify the template.
