How do I set up an automated review request email after a customer completes a purchase?

You can set up automated reminders to encourage customers to leave feedback after a purchase:

Go to Settings.
Select Comments & Reviews under Online Store.
In the Item Reviews tab, select the required timing for reminder email from the Send Item Review Reminder dropdown. The available options are:
- Immediately
- After a day
- 2 days later
- 5 days later
- 7 days later
- 10 days later
- 15 days later
Click Save.

The email reminder will be sent only after the item is delivered. To edit the email content, click Email Notifications under the reminder dropdown to modify the template.
