# How do I moderate reviews before they are published on the online store?

You can moderate reviews by navigating to **Settings** and select **Comments & Reviews** under _Online Store_. In the **Item Reviews** tab, choose one of three moderation modes:

*   **Off:** All reviews are published instantly without any moderation.
*   **Automatic:** Reviews are automatically approved or rejected based on specific keywords you define.
*   **Manual:** Each review must be personally approved by you before it becomes visible on the online store.

From the selected moderation mode, you can mark specific reviews as spam or inappropriate.
