# How do customers submit item reviews on a Zoho Commerce store?

When the Item Reviews feature is enabled, customers can leave feedback directly on the item pages:

*   Go to **Settings** and then **Online Store** and then **Comments & Reviews** and then **Item Reviews** and toggle on **Enable Item Reviews**.
*   Customers will then be able to submit written reviews on product pages.
*   If you enable the **Allow Image Reviews** feature, customers can also upload pictures along with their written feedback.
*   To prevent automated spam, you can require customers to complete a Captcha before submitting their review.
