# Can we group items together in Zoho Commerce?

An **Item** is a single standalone product listed in your catalog. Grouping items is done by adding variants to a new or existing item. Variants with different sizes or colors are bundled underneath it. Each variant in the group has its own SKU, price, and stock level.

You can add existing standalone items into a group. To do this:

1.  In the Items list, select the items you want to group.
2.  Click **Bulk Actions** > **Add to group**.
3.  In the **Add Variants to an Item** dialog, choose whether to **Add variants to a new item** or **Add variants to an existing item**.
4.  If creating a new item, fill in the **Item Name**, **Unit**, and **Category**, and check **Create Attributes and Options** to define the variant attributes.
5.  Each selected item is listed under **Variants to be Grouped** with its SKU pre-filled. Review and adjust the SKUs as needed.
6.  Save to group the variant items.
