# How do I filter active / inactive / out-of-stock items?

Click the **Active Items** dropdown at the top of the Items list to switch between the following views:

*   **Active Items** — shows only active items
*   **All Items** — shows every item regardless of status
*   **Published Items** — items currently visible on the online store
*   **Un Published Items** — items not published to the online store
*   **Low Stock** — items running low on stock
*   **Out of Stock** — items with zero stock
*   **Inactive Items** — items marked as inactive

Select the desired view to instantly filter the list accordingly.
