Can I mark an item out of stock without removing it?

Yes, out-of-stock items remain visible on your online store but are unavailable to purchase until stock is replenished. To view all out-of-stock items in one place,

Go to Items in the left menu.
Click the Active Items dropdown at the top of the Items list and select Out of Stock. The list of out-of-stock items is displayed.
