# Can I export my entire item catalog to a spreadsheet?

Yes, your full item list can be exported in CSV, XLS, or XLSX formats. To export:

1.  Go to **Items**.
2.  Click the **More Options** menu in the top right of the items list.
3.  Hover over **Export** and select **Export Items** to export your catalog, or **Export Opening Stock** to export stock values separately.
