Can I bulk-update rates using a markup or markdown percentage?

Yes, you can apply a percentage increase or decrease across all items in a price list at once using the All Products price list type. To do this:

  1. Go to Items > Price Lists and click +New Price List (or open an existing one).
  2. Enter a Name for the price list.
  3. Under Price List Type, select All Products — this lets you mark up or mark down the rates of all products at once.
  4. Optionally, enter a Description.
  5. Set the Percentage - choose Markup or Markdown from the dropdown, then enter the percentage value.
  6. Set Round Off To if you want prices rounded to a specific value, or leave it as Never mind.
  7. Click Save.

To customise rates per product instead, select Individual Products under Price List Type.
