# Is it possible to bulk update items data, rather than updating one by one?

Yes. You can update items in bulk using the **Bulk Actions** functionality.

**Using Bulk Actions:** Select the items you want to update using the checkboxes in the Items list, then click **Bulk Actions** to apply any of the following actions to all selected items at once:

*   **Show in Online Store** / **Remove from Online Store** — control online store visibility
*   **Edit Item** — edit item details
*   **Delete Item** — permanently remove items
*   **Update Items** — update item fields in bulk
*   **Mark as Active** / **Mark as Inactive** — change item status
*   **Add to Group** — group items together
