Is it possible to bulk update items data, rather than updating one by one?
Yes. You can update items in bulk using the Bulk Actions functionality.
Using Bulk Actions: Select the items you want to update using the checkboxes in the Items list, then click Bulk Actions to apply any of the following actions to all selected items at once:
- Show in Online Store / Remove from Online Store — control online store visibility
- Edit Item — edit item details
- Delete Item — permanently remove items
- Update Items — update item fields in bulk
- Mark as Active / Mark as Inactive — change item status
- Add to Group — group items together
