No, bulk export and import of images through file import/export is not supported. When you import items, the images have to be uploaded separately after the import is complete. You can upload images in the item’s General Details and then Browse Images section, with limits of up to 200 images per item, up to 20 images per upload, 7 MB per image, and 7000 x 7000 maximum resolution.
