How do I use Zoho PageSense for A/B testing and heatmaps on my Zoho Commerce store?
First connect PageSense to your store:
- Go to Settings and then Integrations and then Zoho Apps.
- Find the Zoho PageSense tile, which lets you obtain real-time data on the number of visits from your online store and use it to optimize for increased traffic and better sales.
- Click Connect to set it up. (If it’s already connected, the button reads Show Details instead.)
Once connected, run experiments and analytics from the PageSense dashboard:
- A/B testing: Create an experiment, define your control page and variant(s) using the visual editor, set the traffic split, choose your goal metric (conversions, clicks, and so on), and run the test. PageSense calculates conversion rates, confidence levels, and p-values to help you determine the significance of your results.
- Heatmaps: Enter a specific URL or use URL patterns to track groups of similar pages such as product pages. The heatmap then shows where users click, scroll, and focus, so you can optimize layout, button placement, and key content.
