# Does customer data from Zoho Commerce sync with Zoho CRM automatically?

Yes. Zoho CRM integrates with Zoho Commerce through a **two-way sync**, so once configured, customer and contact data flows automatically between CRM and your store backend.

After mapping fields in **Settings** and then **Integrations** and then **Zoho CRM**, new customers created in Commerce appear as contacts in CRM without manual syncing.

Updates to contact details and new order-related customer data can also sync across both platforms, helping you manage customer relationships and sales processes without repeated manual updates.

The user must have admin access in Zoho CRM to enable the integration. Once the integration is enabled, the sync will happen automatically based on the configured settings.
