# How can I sync Zoho Commerce customer data to Zoho Campaigns?

Zoho Campaigns provides a direct integration with Zoho Commerce. Once connected, it can import **customers, items, coupons, and orders** from your store automatically.

You can also send promotional campaigns and automated emails to your customers.

Set it up from **Settings** and then **Integrations**. Select **Zoho Campaigns** under **Zoho Apps** and click **Connect** to authorize the connection. After connecting, you will be prompted to map fields from Zoho Commerce to Zoho Campaigns.

Typical field mapping includes:

Zoho Commerce field

Zoho Campaigns field

Email ID

Contact Email

First Name

First Name

Last Name

Last Name

Phone

Phone

Use **Map More** to add additional fields, then click **Sync Data** to start syncing.
