How can I sync Zoho Commerce customer data to Zoho Campaigns?

Zoho Campaigns provides a direct integration with Zoho Commerce. Once connected, it can import customers, items, coupons, and orders from your store automatically.

You can also send promotional campaigns and automated emails to your customers.

Set it up from Settings and then Integrations. Select Zoho Campaigns under Zoho Apps and click Connect to authorize the connection. After connecting, you will be prompted to map fields from Zoho Commerce to Zoho Campaigns.

Typical field mapping includes:

Zoho Commerce field	Zoho Campaigns field
Email ID	Contact Email
First Name	First Name
Last Name	Last Name
Phone	Phone

Use Map More to add additional fields, then click Sync Data to start syncing.
