Zoho Commerce populates a Facebook Shop through the Meta Pixel (previously Facebook Pixel). You add/connect the pixel in Zoho Commerce, then connect that pixel to a catalog in Meta’s Commerce Manager, and Facebook builds the Shop from your storefront’s product data.

In Zoho Commerce:

1. Go to Settings and then Integrations and then Sales & Marketing.
2. Find the Meta Pixel (Previously Facebook Pixel) tile and click Show Details (or Connect, if not yet set up) to add your Meta Pixel to the store.

In Meta (Business/Commerce Manager):

1. Set up a Facebook Business Page and Business Manager.
2. Create a catalog (Ecommerce and then Upload Product Info), then add products using Use a Pixel and select your store’s pixel as the data source.
3. Confirm your product pages expose the required fields (name, description, SKU, price, image) using Meta’s microdata debug tool.
4. Enable the Shop tab on your Facebook Page.
