# How do I add a Zoho SalesIQ live chat widget to my Zoho Commerce store?

*   Go to **Settings** and select **Integrations** under **Zoho Apps**.
*   Select **Zoho SalesIQ**. The integration lets you engage customers with AI-powered Zobots, track customer portal visitors, assist with payments, and use canned responses for faster, personalized interactions even during offline hours.
*   Click **Connect** to set it up. This links your SalesIQ account and adds the live chat widget to your storefront.
*   From the SalesIQ dashboard, customize the widget (appearance, position, operators) and configure chat triggers or pre-chat forms as needed.
